Created unique aphrodisiac Valentine menus for each of the restaurant group’s Hollywood, Santa Monica, Pasadena and Vegas locations. Included collaboration with chefs as well as developing in-restaurant marketing materials and media including Fox Las Vegas’ morning news.

Cookies & Corks
Consulted with the maker of the first line of sweet & savory cookies designed for wine pairing. Helped develop flavor profiles of the cookies the pairing pairing guide and print collateral. Designed specific wine and cookie pairing recommendations for customers and the company’s educational pairing classes. Worked on marketing campaign including press interviews.

Champagne Perrier Jouet
Co-branding public relations campaign with Perrier Jouet’s Fleur Champagne and Fork Me, Spoon Me: the sensual cookbook, including book launch party, Oscar-week celebrity media luncheon. Author Amy Reiley made personal appearances to educate audiences on Champagne on Leeza Live, Maxim and NPR radio as well as local tv and radio in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Phoenix.

Learn About Wine
Designed cooking and food and wine pairing classes in line with the Learn About Wine philosophy of wine education. Hosted and conducted culinary seminars with cooking demonstrations as well as aphrodisiac wine dinners in Life of Reiley’s test kitchen for Learn About Wine, a Los Angeles-based wine education organization. Booked noted chefs from Los Angeles and across the US to guest teach.
